- The build -
Reveni sell instant refunds. The bigger argument is that post-purchase is where retention gets won, and most brands treat it as the bit that happens after the interesting part.
Nobody finishes a PDF about that. So we didn't make one.
// the problem
A report only works if it gets read.
Ten chapters is a lot to ask of anyone in one sitting - so the build had to make it easy to start, easy to stop, and easy to come back to.

- What it does -
01
It remembers you
Get five chapters in, close the tab, come back next Tuesday and you're exactly where you left off, already through the gate. No second form. No starting again at the top.

02
English and Spanish, all the way through
Reveni are Spanish and sell into the UK and Europe, so a toggle in the corner was never going to cover it. Both versions are complete.

03
Documentary, not download
Reading it sits closer to a documentary than a download. The emotional line does the narrating; the data waits until you ask.

04
Custom typeface, mint and ink
Custom typeface throughout, a mint and ink palette, hand-drawn lines that animate behind the hero. Seven named contributors from Channable, Gorgias, LoyaltyLion and others. That's what keeps it on the research side of the line.
