We build invitation-only events under your name, fill them with the people you're trying to sell to, and hand you the full outbound data when it's done - including everyone who said no.

    - What this is -

    Notaconference.Notasponsoredslotonsomeoneelse'sagenda.Yours.

We take a brief - your ICP, your market, the buyer who's been sitting in your pipeline for six months - and build an event around them. Your name on it, a format designed specifically for it, and seventy-five per cent of the room sourced and confirmed by us through direct outbound. The other twenty-five per cent is yours to fill with the people you've been waiting for a reason to contact.

When it's done, you get the attendee list, the full outbound data, and our honest read on who was warm. The people who couldn't make it but asked to be kept in the loop? They're on there too.

    - The format is the thing -

    Anothersilverservicedinnerinaprivateroomisn'tgoingtocutthrough.

Ecommerce events are saturated. There's a dinner circuit, a conference calendar, a panel format that everyone's sat through enough times to know roughly what's going to be said before anyone's poured a drink. Another silver service dinner isn't going to cut through, and it won't be the thing your hot lead mentions to their colleague on the way home.

The format is what makes people show up, stay engaged, and remember who put it on. None of ours come from a template. They come from the brief.

That means understanding your ICP properly, not just job title and company size, but what they actually care about and what would make them clear their diary. We spend more time thinking about ecommerce buyers than most B2B marketing consultants will in their careers. The event is also the start of a content programme. Transcripts become blogs, highlights become social posts, talks become video snippets. We'll also help you work out what you already have, research, lead gen pieces, reports, and bring it into the room properly. Printed well. A talking point, not a PDF nobody opens.

Wellness commerce buyers in a spa. The format matched the audience's world precisely enough that it didn't feel like a sales event - because it wasn't one. The client left with warm contacts, a panel they were proud to have put on, and genuine follow-up conversations that started themselves.

Six teams. Questions written around the market - the kind that make people turn to each other and argue. A few about the client's category woven in naturally. Prizes. A room that didn't want to leave.

People were still talking about their team name two weeks later. That's the recall you want before your sales team picks up the phone.

    Case 03

    The Headless Breakfast

    Shopify merchants and development agencies

A single question: what does headless commerce actually mean for merchants who aren't enterprise? We filled the room, fuelled it with good coffee and an unreasonable number of pastries, and let the conversation run. Technical enough to attract the right people. Informal enough that they actually talked.

Sometimes the right format for a complex topic is a Tuesday morning and a decent croissant.

    Large-scale, high-production

When the occasion calls for a venue that does the work before anyone's said a word. We know what high-production looks like and what it costs. The difference with what we build now is that the room isn't just impressive - it's full of the right people.

    - How it works -

    WAYE_EVENTS · PROCESS
    01

    The brief

A conversation about who you want in the room and what a good outcome looks like for your sales team. We ask the questions that shape the format, the size, the feel of it. About an hour. The most important thing we'll do together.

    02

    We build the room

While we're designing the format and handling production, our outbound team is finding your ICP and confirming their attendance. You manage your hot lead list. We manage everything else. We track fill rate weekly and tell you when something isn't working.

    03

    The event and the handover

We run the evening. You show up. Within a week you receive the full data pack - attendee contacts, the complete outbound list with every response categorised, and our written read on who was warm and what to follow up on.

    - The data -

    Mosteventcompaniesgiveyoualistofwhoshowedup.Wegiveyouapictureofyourmarket.

The outbound campaign we run to fill your event contacts somewhere between eighty and one hundred and fifty people before a single attendee confirms. Some say yes. Some say not this time. Some say send me more information and then go quiet.

You get all of it. Every contact, every reply, every declined-with-reason. Formatted and handed over, ready for your sales team.

    - Get in touch -

One conversation and a half-decent ICP brief.

We don't do packages. Every event is priced after the brief. What we need first: a conversation about who you're trying to reach and what you want to happen after the room clears. Quarterly programmes available for clients who want to build pipeline rather than run a one-off.

Events run under your name. Not ours.

We run a limited number of events per quarter. If you have a date in mind, earlier is better.
