50 Dutch ecommerce teams
- The build -
We surveyed fifty Dutch ecommerce marketing teams about the CRM platforms they actually use. The research is a story of its own. This is where it went to live.
Most CRM reports are written by CRM platforms, which is a bit like asking the chef whether the soup needs salt. This one wasn't, and the site had to carry enough independence that people believed it.
// the problem
Independence isn't a claim you can make in a headline.
It's something the interface has to prove by letting people go at the data themselves.

- What it does -
01
The data is yours to pull about
Findings you can sort and filter. Platforms you can put side by side. The report gives you the room to disagree with it, which is the fastest way to be trusted.

02
Signups land in Slack as they happen
Behind the gate, Polaris watch every signup land in Slack, with the company name and where they came from attached. No overnight export. No Monday morning spreadsheet.

03
Two landing pages, running against each other
Every visit knows which version it saw. That's how we spotted, inside a week, that the paid ads were doing nothing while a video from Omar's personal account was quietly doing all the work.
